We're not like other software folk, we don't think getting back to you within 48 hours is acceptable, so we like to help our customers as soon as we can and aim to respond to all queries within a couple of hours, most of the time straight away. Out of hours and weekends will take a bit longer, but we understand that you don't work 9-5 like the rest of humanity so someone will still be keeping an eye on the support desk to keep your screwdrivers turning and hopefully ensuring your experience using electraform is a good one.
